News Kilpatrick Attorneys Are Honored As 2023 IAM Global Leaders

ATLANTA (December 7) – Kilpatrick & Stockton announced that six of the firm’s attorneys earned recognition on the 2023 IAM Global Leaders list.

Following an exhaustive research process consisting of compiling hundreds of written submissions, face-to-face and phone interviews, and detailed correspondence with patent lawyers, attorneys, and their clients, only candidates ranked in the gold tier of the IAM Patent 1000 who merit special mention are named to the IAM Global Leaders list. These attorneys continue have proven records of patent law expertise and exhibit a unique ability to innovate and inspire.

The following Kilpatrick attorneys were recognized on the 2023 IAM Global Leaders list:

Darin Gibby is a partner in the firm’s Denver office. With over 25 years of experience, he focuses his practice on intellectual property counseling, transactions, and licensing matters as well as patent prosecution.

Thomas Franklin is a partner in the firm’s Denver office. He focuses his practice on patent prosecution, licensing, and intellectual capital management with more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property audits, due diligence and strategic planning processes.

Mitch Stockwell is a partner at the firm’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on intellectual property dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on patent infringement, trade secret and related intellectual property litigation and licensing transactions.

Wab Kadaba is a partner and Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department. He concentrates his practice on litigation related to intellectual property as well as strategy and management of intellectual property and technology issues.

Roger Wylie is Kilpatrick’s Managing Partner.
